- Maintenance of lifts and associated control, communication and safety devices.
- Operation and Maintenance of DG sets. Follow-up with AMC vendor and arrange inspections and requisite maintenance.
AMC for Air Conditioner at Gymnasium: Remote Handset, plastic items, sheet metal parts, Air Conditioner Evaporator Coils, Condenser Coils, Duct sheet metal, Interconnecting Refrigerant pipes, Electrical wires, Dampers, Front grill Assembly/Plastic cover/ panel, Air Filter, Voltage Stabilizer & scanners, Circuit Breaker (M.C.B., Sequencer), Thermocol parts and grills, Any damages due to site conditions, rats & insects will be addressed.
